Direct Extension Announce over Phone Speaker

Direct Extension Announce (Alternating the Calling Method) is a feature that allows you to make a voice announcement during a phones ringing.  This feature only works within the first 4 rings at an extension before it transfers to the extensions voicemail.   This is like a forced speakerphone intercom.

The application of this can be used to tell a staff person that their appointment is waiting for them in the lobby - while the other person is within a room but does not need to pickup the handset.  It can also be used to try and find someone who is in a classroom or conference room without paging the entire facility.  e.g. - calling the monkey room and asking that employee please callback an extension.
