Single Sign On

Many Old Mill Center employee services utilize Single Sign On, which is a single username and password that works on multiple systems.  


Your username is your email address in the format of FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME@oldmillcenter.org, an example would be Tom_Contoso@oldmillcenter.org


This username and the associated password works on the following OMC systems


  • Computer Login
  • VPN Login
  • Email Access (either Outlook on PC, or Outlook Web Access at https://outlook.office.com )
  • Office.com (including apps - Booking Page, Power Point, Forms, Sway, Visio, Teams and more)
  • Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and OneNote)


The same login also integrates with Google Non-Profit, allowing Single Sign On access to any application that allows Google Sign in, such as the follow websites and programs:

  • Fresh Desk Support Portal (IT & Facilities Ticket System)
  • Chrome Browsers
  • Zoom.us
  • Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Maps)
  • Google Workforce Applications (Google Voice, Calendar, Classroom, Meet, Jamboard, Keep, Tasks and Earth and more)
